Self-Discovery

As I woke up and merged into this beautiful day, I had this thought about a topic that gets to me as I hear others judge themselves by what others say to them. You see, they only know what they think they may see. What you think about you my friend is more important than what someone else may ever think. However, if you have built your life around what others think, then it may be time to stop and take a closer look at your real self. Yet while other people’s opinions and suggestions can be worthwhile, that scale has become unbalanced and you may have forgotten to take charge of yourself. Now is the time to take a deep breath and declare, “I am a wonderful creation of God/Spirit, having within me the power and the fortitude to create a better life.” May I suggest that you just try to practice blessing all those who seem to be trying to be helpful, but realize they cannot walk the walk for you. Dear sweet soul, be gentle with yourself and with others who, in all sincerity, may want to guide you along your path. Instead of being angry or resentful when someone tries to tell you how to live your life, simply just listen, give them the respect they deserve, bless them, and do what your inner self tells you is right. Remember, you never have to do it, if it does not feel in sync with your being. It is said best by Ernest Holmes, “The soul is on the pathway of experience, that is, of self-discovery.” Have a wonderful day and discover the power within yourself starting this very day!
Peace and Abundant Blessings Always in all ways.
Daily Treatment / Prayer
“I am the infinite expression of love. Therefore, I take charge of my life knowing I do have the power of the Infinite within me. There is no room for fear in my life now or ever. I am confident and sure. My life is a beautiful expression of pure Spirit, and I now move forward one step at a time, knowing I am guided and I am directed in the right activity today, tomorrow, and every day. And so it is.”
“Shame hinders the faith of the tainted who hide from the water.”
